A government-funded Home Care Package was put in place by the Australian Government to help you remain living at home for longer. The services are approved under a Home Care Package for people aged 65 years+. The Package ensures you are able to obtain in-home care and supports to stay living safely and independently in the comfort of your own home for as long as possible.
Home Care Packages are delivered with a consumer-directed care approach. This means each client is given a budget to help cover the cost of coordinated care plan and you decide how it is allocated. This approach gives clients more choice and flexibility about the types of services and supports they want and need.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine

    Aged care staff amongst a select few other populations are prioritised to take the Vaccine as a part of Phase 1a and 1b. A staged rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine is expected to commence mid-February 2021.The COVID-19 Vaccine is free and safe for every Australian and we highly encourage all to receive thevaccination once made available to them.     Although the Vaccine is one step closer to a COVID life, maintaining diligence with your COVID safepractices (like those listed in the last issue of our Newsletter) is an essential part to keep yourself andour community safe.

  • COVID Safe Plan

    Following the guidelines proposed by the Victorian Premier and DHHS our service has taken measurable steps towards creaitng a COVID safe environment. For more information and current updates see the DHHS website.
    Like many others, our office is working remotely and staff are available through teleservice delivery model. Call or email us for any enquires and we'll be sure to help.

  • Appointments

    Our office is open on appointment basis and elgibility is assessed on a case by case basis. If we cannot complete your requests remotely we may book you in for an appointment.
